I have never been treated so badly in a business. I went in for laser hair removal that I bought with a Groupon...when I went in to the room, the woman came in and didn't even say hello. She just said ""what are we doing today?"" and didn't even look at me...like I was a burden. I told her I wanted my bikini line lasered. She stopped half way through my bikini line and said ""ok, you are done"". WHAT???? She hadn't even gone past the front part of my bikini line. It is not like I had an abnormal amount of hair. Then, I found out she is the owner! I couldn't believe it. She had such a grumpy attitude and I couldn't believe she could run a business like that. The thing is, if she had been nice, I would have come back many times, paying full price but I will NEVER go back there again. She seems like she is super nice to some people and just ugly to others. Little does she know how connected I am in this town. She will learn quickly..
