Review content:
K and B management are great. We were very scared when we heard they were going to take over the management here but we were pleasantly surprised indeed. They are fair, pragmatic and actually human!!!! It really is not so hard to follow the rules - just sayin' - many folks do not know this unfortunately. Duh! Being in management is not so easy, please know. Everyone seems to need something all the time and they try very hard to accommodate regardless
They treat fairly and with respect and contrary to the post below - DO do their best to get to everyone's request on time. All 150 units of us here are more than satisfied with this company so that should tell people out there something about them.
