DO NOT USE! WAY OVERPRICED! NOT TRUTHFUL ABOUT SERVICES NEEDED! BEWARE! Company visited my home to repair AC unit. I knew exactly what issue was. Small $30 part replaced and freon added. They told me they had to completly tear down my unit and rebuild. $2000 minimum. Tried to sucker me into their ""tiered"" pricing as a so called ""non-member"". Then suggested I would be better off getting a new updated AC system starting at $5000. Had another company come out and fix. $350.00. One Hour Air tried to take advantage of me thinking I did not know anything about AC systems. Unfortunately for them I do. If you do not know about AC units please do yourself a favor and use someone else. While they do have technical systems knowledge they also seem to have been trained in the art of high pressure sale tactics.
