Review content:
Neo-China is usually very fine food. We usually eat in, but needed to do a take-out this evening. We had Mongolian Beef, Hunan Chicken, and Vegetables with Tofu. Three different rice dishes also arrived (plain, soy-sauced and ""stirfried""). I could so plainly tell that they only served us leftovers. I would never serve a meal like this. The meats were too tough -- inedible to me. The rice faced the same fate. Both could choke anything. Where were the special flavors that we all expect? I gave my plate to the dog.
