I ordered a pizza from there and was told my order would be $13.99, so I paid by cc. Five minutes later I got a phone call saying they made a mistake saying they charged me $17.99 which was fine people make mistakes, So I asked to speak to a manager and I heard the guy say ""He wants to talk to you"" and she replied to him ""Why? I didn't do anything"" So I knew where this call was gonna end up. I asked her will I get double charged and she said yes I will get the 17.99 in 2-4 business days. I told her this was unacceptable and I asked her if there was anything she could do which she replied as no so I told her to cancel my order and I will never order there again. Her repsonse was ""Thats fine we don't need it"" So I decided I will never order from them as long as she is there manager! About 20 mintues after I caled a complained to there cpt office I recieved a call from one of the DMs and he was helpful and comped me a pizza but I still have the sour taste after dealing with the manager!
Pros: Great Pizza
Cons: Horrible Customer Service
