Neighbors car alarm goes off ALL THE TIME, yet when I complained to management I was told that if I ask them to turn it off, I will be evicted...NOT the people with the obnoxious car alarm, but the person complaining that it's too loud, will be evicted! And this is after the person with the car alarm yelled racial slurs at me!
This place is loud with kids running and screaming everywhere.
The trash is constantly overflowing.
NOTHING was finished when we moved into the apartment. Stove top didn't work, dish washer didn't work, balcony rail was broke, window screens missing, kitchen drawer broke, over drawer broke, oven shelf missing, counters weren't resurfaced, carpet patch missing from living room and replaced with a piece from the closet. They weren't even finished cleaning when we moved in! And I'm paying over $600 a month for this type of treatment!
It's a very unprofessional complex. They are nice until you complain that they are inept at their job. Then they get butthurt.
Greenbrook across the street would have been a much better option.
