He is friendly, professional and thorough. He even found a small error my previous preparer made and fixed it for free. He IS registered with the IRS and NYS. And he charges much less than I paid one of the big return preparers last year. I have rental property & a small business & know a bit about taxes. I reviewed his work and found everything in order. The stuff that I didn't understand he carefully explained to me. He returned my phone calls promptly even when I called after tax season, when the other guys are closed for the season..
