I don't get why there's so many bad reviews about this place I definitely have a positive sales experience, I've had some very bad experiences with buying cars (new and used) but Reality was totally different. I did my research and saw the SUV I wanted and Alex handed me the key and let me test drive it. There was no pressure and no haggling over the price which was good. And I was able to look up the AutoCheck report on the truck and everything before making a decision. They never pressured me to get a certain vehicle and I was in control of my decision instead of the other way around. As with the past times that I've bought a car, there is a lot of paper work and it tends to take a few hours to complete the process but that is to be expected Juan was very friendly and touched based on everything in the contract with me. Overall I'm very pleased I went to Reality Auto Sales it is a great place to find a dependable car at a reasonable price.
