Businiess name:  Angelo's Family Restaurant
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
We need an event catered and decided to try Angelo's as a possible candidate. Four of us tried different dishes and shared to compare thoughts. Angelo's serves large portions, possibly to make-up for the lack of taste in the food. There was little discernible difference between the dishes we ate, which wasn't good. The meats had neutral flavors when combined with old grease it didn't settle well. Good reasons exist as to why most of these dinosaurs long ago went out of business. Those reasons include proper preparation, appropriate selections, measured portions, decent seasoning, reduced fat content....... This place sits one rung below fast food, and Sysco sells much better ingredients to the food industry. Do your taste buds a favor and avoid Angelo's at all costs. Pros: Parking, fast service, kept clean, alcohol Cons: Food, tastes, seasoning, a true relic
