My pet had an awful experience here. They would not allow me to be with him while he was treated & given shots. They brought him back to me in a urine-soaked old box and my precious cat had feces matted in his fur. He was terrorized by hearing dogs bark 24/7 because they do not separate the dogs from the cats. They will not give your pet a sedative because it's not ""natural"" medicine. This place appears to be chic and cool but it's really overpriced and nasty.
