Review content:
Way overpriced, they would never sell or buy for even close to value. I've heard that from other people too. I called to have 10 pieces of jewelry evaluated, estimate of worth, I was willing to pay for an appraisal on each piece. Jeff say's ""Sure come on in Ms."". I go out of my way to get my stuff packaged up and bring it in to him. His employee unlocks the door for me at 11:30, sign says ""OPEN AT 11:00"". He flings my jewelry around on his desk, which is in the middle of the showroom, like it's junk and proceeds to lead me to the exit. He tells me he has to charge me about $100.00 Quote ""Not for me - I don't need money but my friend does"". Then opens the door and tells me I can come back at 12:30 cause he has to open up, locks the door behind me, doesn't even say ""Bye, or see you when you get back."" I wouldn't give this guy money if you paid me! He made me feel like a piece of (too polite to say)! Pros: Nice on the phone Cons: Definately better than you are
