You can get better service at a pawn shop. Owned by Jeff and his sister Zee, you will experience politeness on the surface and then look out. I had a gold plated ring re-sized. They charged not only a high fee, but returned the ring in silver with the excuse that his plating machine was broken. The jewelry they sell is incredibly overpriced and if you are selling gold or jewelry, go somewhere else. They will give you less than ?Vinny Goomba? on the corner. They will never give you market price for anything as they NEVER bring out the current tables for gems and metals current market prices.
Pros: They are polite to your face
Cons: Poor service, overpriced products, no tables for buying
