Review content:
For well over $130 for dinner for two, one would expect excellent service and good food, but neither can be had at The Melting Pot. We were seated over half an hour after our reservation, and it was a Tuesday night. The cheese fondue tasted like cheez whiz, the meats were tough, and the service downright awful. We had heard others rave about the restaurant, so decided to go for a romantic occasion. With the ample choices in downtown Minneapolis, take your money elsewhere.
Cons: Expensive, Poor service
