Review content:
Postino has so much to recommend it: the drinks, the food, and the decor. If it's possible for a place to become too popular, however, then Postino may be a victim of its own success. The wait time for a table --- which can exceed 90 minutes on a WEEKNIGHT --- is frustrating and inexcusable, especially when the bar area is tiny and cramped and has very limited seating. If you can manage to go when it's not overflowing, however, the bruschetta is outstanding, and the creme brulee is hands-down the best I've ever tasted. (I would go into detail on the inconsistent service, but I suspect this may have something to do with the staff attempting to accommodate all the customers jammed into the place.) If Postino could expand its dining area and reduce the waiting time, it would be the perfect eatery.
Pros: food
Cons: , service, seating availability
