I brought my engagement ring here and had the bands done. I also purchased my husbands ring and had his watch engraved all around the same time. The custom work they did on my ring was horrible, I can't believe that an artist would do work like this and say ""I?m very happy with my work?. When I had my husbands watch engraved it was engraved wrong and after a few weeks my husbands realized that he was allergic to the wedding band and could not wear it (they were no help at all). NOW, 5 months later I had a diamond fall out and they said, ?It does not fall under their diamond guarantee because it was from wear and tear?. Give me a break! I could see with my bare eyes from the very beginning that the bands are uneven, very poor work. I can't believe I spent a bunch of money at this place. I will never go in there again.
