Review content:
Tried to use Royal Steamers to clean my carpet in my house back in August. I had a scheduled appointment and no one ever showed up for the appointment. I called for over a WEEK with phone going straight to voice mail. After finally getting in touch with Royal, the owner, he said that his van was in the shop with transmission problems. Question is why did I have to call them back for over a WEEK? Why did someone not call to reschedule? I do not see how they stay in business. Would never use or recommend this company!!!
