Although delivery is no longer free (they now charge $6 or $7 for as much as you want to have delivered in one day), this is still the place I choose for housewares because of the selection and service. I find the selection higher quality and more edited than big box stores like Bed, Bath and Beyond and Home Depot, and the personal service a relief. Although some things are more expensive than the big box stores, the quality is generally better and some things are actually about the same price or even a lower price. After returning a disappointing vacuum cleaner to Bed Bath, I found a better one at Gracious Home for about the same price. What's more, they assembled it for free and delivered it within about two hours.
Pros: They have just about everything I need in a compact space
Cons: Can be crowded on Saturdays
