Review content:
Went to Ruby Foo's uptown location, it was an early dinner pre show. 6:00 reservation. the place was not crowded at that time. We were offered a table in the window, but i asked if we could sit in the main dining room, which is very dramatic with its sweeping stairway and eclectic Asian decor. The drink called Ruby Foo, was potent and delish. It was brought to the table in the shaker and poured into the frosted martini glass by the server. There was enough for two full drinks in that shaker!! When my glass was almost empty the waitress came over and poured the rest into my glass. That's Great Service. Great food recommendations by the waitress too.We had some Cali rolls, tempura rolls, pork dumplings for app's...all very good and fresh. The main course of the Filet mignong with chinese broccoli was amazing, very tender and flavorful. We told the waitress when we got there that we were going to a show and she made sure the service was prompt and everything was hot and served just right!!! We left around 7:15 and it was getting busy, you can see they were setting up for some big parties....also they have a fun kids menu and were very attentive to the children seated near us. Pros: great service, delicious food
