I live in New York City; I ordered flowers for my daughter that lives in Chicago. The man that I place the order with was the manager. He told me that he worked at the most exclusive New York Shop located on the Upper East Side. I knew I was in good hands. The order itself was smooth. I was informed about the Delivery Policy and decided I would get a Delivery Upgrade for an additional charge, Priority Delivery to get my order delivered first thing in the morning. My daughter called around noon, told me that the flowers were absolutely gorgeous and very sophisticated. She was very happy and wanted to know how I had heard about this shop. She stated that she wanted to use Marcel Florist herself. I found a piece of Manhattan in Chicago! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
