First of all, I am not exaggerating when I say that the entire staff here are so incredibly rude, to the point of being shocking. You can expect to be rushed out, only after being ignored and subjected to a ""your lucky to be here"" attitude. There's a guy [ with a rather disturbing Geri-Curl ] who stomps around loudly, like a zombie taking plates before asking, mumbling about the patrons and grabbing menus out of peoples hands. It was unbelievable, everyone was looking around at one another in disbelief. Everyone on staff was nasty to everyone. I thought perhaps we were taking part in a ""Candid Camera"" episode. You do not want to go here, especially when there are so many wonderful restaurants in Manhattan to choose from. If you are jonesing for paella, really great paella, go to Socaratt [spelling?] on 259 W19th and 7th Ave. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: WORST SERVICE EVER/overpriced/low quality
