If you are pregnant, feel fat and ugly and are looking for a cute outfit to make you feel better about your growing and changing body, cross your fingers that this store's owner isn't in that day! I am 12 weeks pregnant (and showing) and recently went into the store for a special occasion dress. Prior to pregnancy, I was a size 8. I've been working out daily - some days with a trainer - so that my weight does not balloon like it did with my first child. Anyway, while helping me, the owner passed up a lot of dresses before I could even look saying, ""no, that one only comes in a large and it'll be too small"" - without even a phony qualifier like, ""it sizes small."" After several comments like this, she must of seen the look of horror on my face and said not to worry, a large is really only a 12. Not quite a vote of assurance. I went home (empty handed) feeling fat and terrible about myself. They charge too much money to make you feel so crappy about yourself when you're already in a fragile state of mind. Clearly, this woman has never been pregnant. I won't go back.
