I used to be a loyal client of this salon. The prices were high - but not excessive and the quality of the work was beyond compare. However, slowly but surely, they began losing their best staff (I was heartbroken to see Rachel go). To make matters worse, they began jacking up their prices. $125 for a basic-level stylist? COME ON! And to add insult to injury, its just no longer an inviting atmosphere for clients.
Pros: High profile owner, good products
Cons: Way overpriced, Uninviting atmosphere, lost their best people
