I had Maria make my wedding dress for my wedding this past July. From the very beginning, it was a perfect experience. Maria has been designing and making wedding dresses since she was a teenager, and her skill shines through. I chose one of the dresses from her line, and we planned a few adjustments for the one she would make in my size. We choose a beautiful silk together, and she drew a sketch of the proposed dress so we knew we were both on the same page. I was living out-of-town, but Maria was so accommodating of my schedule and made time for me to do my fittings at the last moment. When I came for my final fitting, my mother and I KNEW the dress was PERFECT. However, Maria told us she could not let us take it without it fitting to her HIGH standards, and she took the dress in probably no more than 1/4 of an inch at no extra charge (it was my fault as I had lost some weight since my last fitting) and had it ready in 2 days (even though my wedding was more than 2 weeks away). Lastly, Maria saw the disappointing silk flowers my mother had ordered online, and she made me 3 beautiful flowers for me to choose between for my hair.
Maria is a TRUE ARTIST and a PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. I have already recommended her to friends, and they too have had the most wonderful experiences. I cannot lavish enough praise on the most amazing seamstress!
