This year we dicided to have a BBQ in Marina Delray. We searched for a BBQ caterer in LA and came across Cannoli Kings , my wife says, call them lets see what they offer. I was a bit skeptical. Cannoli's at a BBQ!?. We called Cannoli Kings and got Chef Michael Parise on the phone instantly. He was great to deal with ans well as very helpfull in meeting our budget. After checking out Cannoli Kings website and speaking to Michael once more we decided to use them and man were they GREAT! He shows up with this huge grill and his staff and they set everything up and he goes at it. His Brisket was the best i had ever had, moist, tasty, and sooooo tender. Chicken was done perfectly and he is very charasmatic as he is grilling. Highly highly recommended. His Cannolis are the best ever!!
Pros: Chef Parise, Cannolis, Awsome food
Cons: You cannot, take, him home :)
