Review content:
I have never written a review before but felt I needed to make sure people are aware of this horrible place. I know they are giving kickbacks to local venues in Worcester. I parked my car in a lot that was not clearly marked and ran into the post office for what I thought would be a quick transaction. I came out to find my car had been towed. I went into the establishment and the person was extremely rude and smug and said oh well my shuttle can give you a ride to get it. When I got to Pat's the person was extremely rude and ignored me while playing solitaire on his computer. When he finally did acknowledge me he said I had to pay $125 cash and I could walk more than a mile with my son to a Western Union if that is what I needed to do. I am sure they only take cash so they can give the other establishment a kickback! Very dishonest! Should be put out of business!!!!!!
