Businiess name:  El Coqui Caribbean Restaurant

Review content:
I have been eating here since 2003 and every time I return the food gets better and better. Usually when you eat at a caribbean restaurant out west it's okay...but it's not like home. I ate there this past Labor Day weekend and it was just like being home. The former manager is the current owner and she has done a wonderful job of improving the quality of the food. The accapurria is fantastic as was the arroz con candules, the breaded steak, los platanos, and the carne guisado...if you visit Vegas make your way to El Coqui. It's far better than some of the higher priced joints on the strip. Pros: Tastes just like home Cons: it's a 10 hour drive for me to eat here
