I really enjoyed the service at Derek's. We went 2/15/08. The waitstaff was wonderful the food was great!! The only downside was the owner Derek. My guest "" who happens to be named Derek"" introduced himself to""Derek"", unfortunately the owner was more interested in talking to a waiter, when my friend introduced me, it was like he was more interested in having his conversation. First impressions are really important to the consumer, if you are having a conversation, take the five minutes to speak with the people that just spent money in your establishment. My family and friends are always looking for a nice restaurant for birthdays and celebrations.(by the way the conversation did NOT seem to be of a business matter). All in all I will come back to your restaurant, the food was very good.
