yesterday i went there for a facial wax. the woman ripped about an inch and a half of skin from my face. she then rushed the job and told me to wash my face with cold water immediately in their sink. that sneaky woman went to pretend to go help another worker with a pedicure in order to get rid of me. she yelled thank you to get me out of there.
