I would not use this company as they will not honor the prices they have advertised. Their yellow pages ad says they will clean 3 rooms and a hallway for $39.95 and when I questioned the owner about that price, he told me that was a special rate for spring cleaning. It does not state this in the Ad and I am just glad I asked to confirm the price before they came. If they had cleaned my carpets, then asked for the higher payment, I would have been furious and in an akward position at that point. Be very careful if you contract with them.
