I've been to a lot of similar Japanese restaurants and I have to say that Shoguns is one of the best. Their prices are reasonable and food is delicious. We've been going to this restaurant for years, kids love theentertainment their chefs provide before cooking! BUT.....One time their chef was joggling spatulas and one flew into my daughter's food, rice went everywhere and ruined her Birthday outfit (yes, it was her birthday, she was turning 4) The chef apologized, but then I was appauled to see that they still charged us for the rice she did not get to eat, we spoke to a manager, he is a very nice guy, and he took her meal off the bill.
