My husband and I purchased a snowblower there 3 or 4 years ago. We have it serviced every year, when it stopped working after the last storm I called to see when they could pick it up and have a look. His reply was that it was going to snow tomorrow and they don't drive in the snow. OK So, I guess your customers get to sit at home til it is convenient for them. Prior to that we bought a chainsaw, when I brought it in to have the chain adjusted, they charged me over $80 for a ""tune-up"". I will never purchase anything there again. I don't mind paying for my equipment but I would like to have the service that I didn't think I would get from the larger stores. So much for that idea!
