I would have to say very bad business practices. We were treated rudely. They never ever answer the phone and all they care about is money. Do yourself a favor and use someone else or you will be very disappointed. My neighbor also used them and are very unhappy as well. The girls thought the class was boring and they did not get anything out of it...which showed when they went to take their permit test. I as a Dad would felt I had to go over everything with a fine tooth comb because my daughter did not get what she needed out of the classroom or behind the wheel to be a safe sriver. Please do not use them for your childs safety
