I stopped using this cleaner for a few years because of poor service, consistent mistakes with cleaning orders and outlandishly high pricing. Recently, I returned - give it another chance (and because my newfound really great cleaner was closed). This was another nightmare. When I dropped off a large order, I was met with poor service - the clerks did not seem to know how to handle the order, I waited for service for a very long time when no one else was in the store because both clerks were outside having a smoke break, and finally I was told that requested repairs could not be done or might be done - they didn't know. When I returned to pick up the order, tickets were lost, the young woman in charge was just plain snotty (there is no other word for it - when I showed impatience at the mixup, she yelled at me!), and the repairs were not done (ALTHOUGH CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE ONE TICKET) and the clerk said I should have been clearer. Unfortunately, I dropped off another jacket before I picked up this order. What will go wrong with that! This is a poorly run business with employees that either don't know what they are doing or just have incredibly nasty attitudes. Save your cleaning for someplace else.
