Review content:
So my fiance took me to this quiet little humble Thai restaurant for lunch. He has always enjoyed their noodle dishes, namely their pad thai and pad see-ew. We got their lunch combo, which consisted of a main entree, a salad/soup and a drink. We both got the salad and sweetened green tea (they don't have any unsweetened tea) and the pad thai. It was very reasonably priced for lunch, $6.50 total per person. The salad was decent. Once the pad thai came out, my fiance gave me a strange look. He even asked the waitress is this pad thai since the noodles were darker than usual and her response was ""yes, we serve pad see-ew with white noodles."" Once I put the noodles in my mouth, it was very VERY sweet. My fiance stated they must have ran out of peanut sauce and substituted that with sugar. So basically they poured in a lot of soy sauce and sugar and mixed it in with the noodles. Also the chicken was pretty dry. I have to say this is the worst pad thai I have ever had. And their staff was not even honest about running out of ingredients and how their pad thai dishes are usually made. I would have been much happier if they told us they ran out of the peanut sauce and cannot serve the pad thai and I would have gotten a much more edible dish. We both got a stomach ache after we left the place. Cons: bad service, bad food
