I made an appointment with them a week in advance and when I called them the day of the appointment to confirm the address, they tell me they don't have an appointment for me and I must've called someone else and made an appointment. I let him know that his number was the only number in my outbound call records with a 215 area code but he said he doesn't have an appointment for me. I felt like a was in the twilight zone! I had written down their name, number, and the price they quoted me. Why would I write down THEIR info if I made an appointment with someone else? I ended up going to Car Pretty Tinting instead and they did a great job at the same price Sunset gave me.
Pros: Good price quote
Cons: Gave me the runaround
