Review content:
We've used Telekenex for years and had good service, however slowly over time that service began to degrade as they over subscribed their circuits and had constant 'maintenance'. I think overall we had 4 circuits ourselves.. and had associates and others in our field whom we had recommended their services to numbering probably around 15 or so circuits total. We would all discuss the issues and all were experiencing the same frustrations. Yet the price still made it worthwhile and since in most cases we had backup internet circuits it wasn't a big deal. However one client had their office condemned (a SF Pier) and were forced to move out immediately. We asked to freeze the contract until we could locate a new office space. They denied.. then attempted to charge us an ETF of $6250 .. the FULL balance of the remainder of the contract. No thanks, I think we'll just cancel all our circuits being they were problematic for voip, and anything other than garbage bandwidth. We've also notified everyone we know to move on.
