Business usually takes me to Lancaster two to four times a month & until now I never found a sushi restaurant near Lancaster that met my standards which are...
1) Cleanliness (of restaurant and staff)
2) Quick Service (I can't dilly-dally)
3) Friendly/Courteous Service
3) Great Sushi
Typically I don't pursue the Hibachi experience, however my girlfriend who does not eat sushi was with me on the last trip and suggested we try this place because she could order from the hibachi grill. That was a great call. I enjoyed my sushi feast and she is still raving about her choice of steak with shrimp & scallops.
This place rocks, I (we) will be back!
