Review content:
The staff was nice enough and the dentist seemed ok. I purchased a Groupon for $49 initial consult and x-rays and 1/2 off braces. The Groupon expired in December. I made my daughter an appointment in November for the initial consult and was given a written estimate that was valid until May 27, 2012. At no time was I told the braces needed to be put on by that December date, I was made to believe since the intial appointment had been made that the quote remained valid until the May date. I just tried to make my daughter's appointment to have her braces put on and was told I now need to pay the full price. I argued that I had a statement in writing and was just told sorry, Dr. Battle will no longer honor the Groupon. I had already budgeted to pay off the braces in full with my income tax money. I can't afford $4000 for braces regardless if they allow me to make payments over $24 months. I would still be over $100/month that I can't simply afford. I'm so disappointed and worse my daughter is disappointed as well. Too bad they would not allow an exception. I would not go there now anyway in fear I would end up with poor service or her teeth not getting fixed properly
