Terrible, terrible work. My car is a mess. After 2 1/2 mos and $11,000 + my paint job is completely messed up, grease all over the headliner, bolts missing (don't know why), they ""say"" they broke my windshield ($1500 ws) and put in $200 ws that I hate, screwed up my dashboard, etc. I could go on and on. Everyday I get in my car it is something else, honestly I'm waiting for the wheels to fall off or something. Fri. driving on the interstate @ 65mph something started banging on car. I thought someone was throwing rocks @ my car. Lo and behold the roof molding had come loose, hanging on my about and inch and was beating on the side of my car. Several weeks ago I called the owner to see if we could have a sit down to go over the issues I had with the repair work. He cut me off mid sentence and refused to do another thing to my car unless he got more $$ from my ins. He said he was in business to make money. He said I drive an old car and if I wanted a new car ""Go buy one"". I was speechless. My car WAS in showroom floor condition that is why my ins. com. did not total it!! My car is currently at another body shop that I sure wish I had knowledge of sooner, they have a lot of work ahead of them in fixing all the issues that my $11,000 + bought!! I am devastated to say the least.
Cons: The complete repair job, owners blatant disrespect of cust.
