Review content:
What a waste of time/money. They don't disclose that you will have a completely random instructor each time you ride. The instructors do not communicate with one another, so they have no way to monitor progress. Absolutely zero continuity from lesson to lesson. They were so clueless, they even had a horse saddled in a Western saddle when I ride English (wasting 15 mins of my paid lesson time to resaddled the horse) and weren't bothered by the error. They cancel lessons at the last minute and don't return client phone calls. God forbid you actually complain to Dana. She is condescending, rude and ignores legitimate criticism. They are priced well below market, but don't be fooled -- you get what you pay for. If you seek a professional, well-organized barn with instructors who take an interest in your development, I would stay far away from this barn. Cons: Very disorganized, Rude, Unprofessional
