Review content:
Customer service is pleasant, except that they do not take responsibility for any lost stuff... lost EXPENSIVE stuff. They go out of their way to give you a nametag for your laundry bag, but then subsequently wash and dry this soft plastic tag with ink on it. I thought the first time this occurred, it was just a mistake, but every subsequent wash, it came back the same way. I didn't think a tag needed its own tag to say, ""do not wash.""
Pros: same day laundry service, pleasant staff
Cons: loses your stuff, rough with clothing
