WORST EXPERIENCE EVER......This was all in all one of the worst experience I have ever had happen and I have been in 10 (well going to be 11 if we get my dress in) weddings. We ordered our bridesmaid dresses November 5, 2011, and it is now April 6, 2011 still no dress might I add the wedding is next weekend!!! Should have known by the NON helping staff the day we went in. The only thing that the sales lady did offer that was helpful was water big DEAL what about out dresses DONE PROPERLY!! The first time the dresses 4 out of 4 were WRONG sizes. Finally got that straightened besides one that came in again in the right size but blood red verses this beautiful green how the heck.. The owner Mrs. Collins could care less but she seems to think she has bent over backwards for us NOT!!!!!!!! We purchased all of the dresses and tux to include jr bridesmaid and nothing right. No I am sorry all we get is it should be in by Wednesday not even 3 whole days before wedding, oh and a its not our fault. This buisness sucks you in and then spits on you this is supposed to be a BEAUTIFUL day for my great friend it is turning into a nightmare, and should mention wehad to keep the dresses long bc we didnt get the dresses back in time and paid over 200 for them too over priced but its what the bride wanted. If you want an overpriced dress, to be treated like a POS, and have everything come in wrong then blamed on you this is the place to go...... Definitely would rate a NEGATIVE if there were a button. Thank you Casey and Rita for making this the worst ever for all of us ESPECIALLY for our bride!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
