These people are the best in the area! The owners are always available and seem to stay involved in making sure that that job is done to customer's satisfaction. I have worked with them many times in the past and hope to be seeing them again in the future. Its too bad that their most gifted and talented salesperson/installer decided to move back to Michigan. He was second to only the owner, when it came to product knowledge and dependability, and never ever failed to deliver what was expected. I know the remaining staff is well trained, and will be just as welcome in my home. Working with these people has always been an enjoyable experience and I've even learned quite a bit about all window coverings in general, through my dealings with them.
Pros: Honest hands-on ownership. Good product knowledge. Best prices.
Cons: The best guy moved away.
