I only can pray they treat their dogs better than their customers. Terrible terrible service. A person there named Beth wouldn't honor the promotion I had bought because her opinion of how it was read was different. What ever happened to putting the customer first? A very big waste of my time. I don't make much money and was happy to buy the promotion and try out a new place for my dog, that I cherish, to play when I was away. I have put in about an hour of driving time to go out of my way to do the orientation day already and I'm really disappointed in the disrespect I received from the management (Beth). Customer service is in a sad state when the management's ego comes before the customers. In Beth's mind she may be right, but because of her stubborness over something so petty and asinine your company has definately lost my business and anyone that I may talk to about it in my network.
