Review content:
We had Sedgwick install a new furnace and AC two years ago. This year, they installed some new ductwork to even out the temp on our second floor. Plus, we have had regular tune-ups from them. Each interaction with their installers and techs has been great. They are professional considerate, helpful, etc. The tech who did the tune up showed me how to do the maintenance on the humidifier myself because it is cheaper than having them do it. My only complaint is that their call center is a real challenge to deal with. For example, I had to make two appointments because they said I couldn't do both things at the same time. The tech did both at the first appointment and told me it didn't make sense to come back. I canceled
