Review content:
The price nearly doubled when I picked them up the next day!
I took three pair of pants to the Tuchman Cleaner in Avon, Indiana for ""press only"". A very unfriendly female employee told me that's gonna be almost $5 per pair. I asked her if they offer any military or other sorts of discount (I found out later they were offering 20% off coupons online), she told me they offer 20% discount on that, and gave me a price of $7.44 for three pairs. So I dropped off my pants. When I went back there the next day, she charged me $12.40. I said it was supposed to be $7.44, the same rude woman simply replied, ""I made a mistake."" She offered no explanations or apologies. In addition, she said no greetings from the very begining to the end, totally lack of common courtesy. When I called back later to ask to speak to the manager, I was told to call back tomorrow.
It's not the matter of $5, it's the way you treat people! I'm sure I'm not going back to that place, and I urge every reader not to go there neither. If you really want to support their business, have them write the price down before you drop off your clothes.
