Dr. Patel and his staff are nothing but friendly and knowledgable. The office is warm and welcoming, and it made my experience a lot more comfortable.
The dental hygienist, Monica and Jamie are just as great, they were very relatable and through the small conversations throughout the cleaning made time go by so much faster. They are well aware that their patients are also on a schedule, and the cleanings are done in an efficient manner.
Dr. Patel is great, he doesn?t waste any time and gets straight to the point. He has an easy-going personality which made it easier for me to ask all my questions. He laid out all my options on the table and went over the pros and cons of everything. He also made sure that I understood all my options by including insurance and out-of-pocket costs.
Overall, I would recommend Downtown Dental to anyone who needs a clean up whether they go to the dentist regularly or needs to find someone they can trust for the first time (especially if your are a wreck before going to the dentist like me). I have been going to his office for the last 7 years, and have seen his office grow tremendously. I am a loyal patient and will continue to be because Dr. Patel and his staff know exactly how to make me happy.
