Please don't read to into the people that have bashed this company. I've recently purchased a hot tub from this company and found their service excellent. I was recommended to the company from a friend that had purchased a hot tub from them a few years ago. I drove up to Tyngsboro on a Saturday, approximately 1 hour drive, and I was greeted by a very helpful and knowledgeable staff member. I made a purchase later in the week once I finally decided on which hot tub was right for my house. I'll recommend them to friends and family!
