There isn't much to say here. Simply put, you will not find a better tasting steak in New York City (maybe anywhere). Yes, I have been to Peter Luger. Yes, I have been to the Strip House. Yes, I have been to the Old Homestead. I can say without hyperbole or hesitation that Spark's has the best STEAK in the 5 boroughs and Prime Sirloin be thy name. As a bonus they also sport the most comprehensive and incredible wine list I have ever seen.
Do yourself a favor and make it happen.
