We've been eating at Princess Garden for several years now, and our dining experience just seems to get better and better! I have to confess though, we don't eat the typical Chinese menu dishes...we ask the chef to prepare whatever he fells like making that night, and we have never been disappointed. Of course, we always enjoy the water dumplings (Mama Chang's house specialty) with the special garlic/soy dipping sauce, or the four color dumplings...when you're lucky enough to find them.
I never miss the opportunity to have any and all of our large parties at Princess Garden. They will create a menu for you or you can work with them on personalized choices. Many of our friends aren't quite as adventurous as we are, yet they are always amazed by the food and the service. Large parties and catered events are one of their strengths. During the summer months, you're bound to run into one of the many weddings dinners that occupy most of the restaurant. You might even get a slice of coconut wedding cake...
The staff is always attentive and once you get to know them, spending an evening there is just as entertaining as the food is delicious.
